The women of Kiyinda and surrounding communities carry immense responsibilities, caring for children, managing households, and often generating the primary income for their families. Yet, they frequently lack access to the resources, training, and opportunities that would enable them to thrive rather than merely survive. Our women empowerment program is designed to change this reality.
We equip women with practical skills such as tailoring, baking, and crafts, combined with financial literacy training that enables them to generate sustainable income and achieve economic independence.
We support women to form community savings and loan groups that provide access to small capital, financial management skills, and mutual support systems that strengthen economic stability and resilience.
We provide start up resources, mentorship, and ongoing guidance to women ready to launch or grow businesses, helping them create income opportunities that improve family livelihoods and community development.
